Jeffery Dickerson
Co-Founder
Jeff is a proven business leader, innovator and AI practitioner. With almost a decade of experience in architecting data and technology-focused infrastructure for service businesses, he uses his deep knowledge and understanding of identifying customer pain points to propel the company from start-up to scale-up. Previously, he helped lead the commercialization and development efforts of enterprise food safety solutions at Global 1000 companies.

Jeff's expertise sits at a three-way junction between of enterprise systems, data architecture and machine learning. His work spans across enterprise infrastructures and distributed systems with a focus on automation, business intelligence and security. He is passionate about path-finding and tackling system challenges of human/computer coordination and productionizing machine learning to enable efficient, scalable, and responsible AI technologies.
Jeff co-founded Kontrak IQ, an innovative and patent-pending data management system, leveraging contracts and other "tier 1" priority data.
Thaija “Thai” Dickerson

With over 20 years of experience in the legal and procurement fields, Thai has a proven track record of negotiating successful and strategic contract deals, capturing over $150M in individual savings contributions throughout her career.

Thai’s expertise in contract management and procurement led her to co-develop a successful enterprise contract lifecycle management tool, and then she co-found KontrakiQ, an innovative and unique patent pending contract data management system.

Additionally, Thai has experience building technology stacks within procurement and creating an enterprise procurement technology ecosystem with system design.

Thai is dedicated to empowering women and increasing diversity and innovation in the legal and procurement fields.
